Name : Prof. Dr. Kartini,SE.,M.Si.,Ak.,CA.
Position : Chairperson of Audit Committee, Hasanuddin University’ Board of Trustees.
Kartini, was born in Rappang, South Sulawesi in 1965. Completed an undergraduate program at the Accounting Department, Unhas. Then she continued his Masters studies at the Postgraduate Program at Padjadjaran University, Bandung in 1998. She completed the Doctoral Program at Unhas in 2012. Professor at the Faculty of Economics, Unhas, also completed the Sandwich program at Griffith University, Brisbane in 2010. Head of the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) in 2013, Deputy Dean for Planning, Assets, Human Resources and Finance, FEB Unhas for two periods (2013-2018). Member of the Unhas Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) and Unhas Postgraduate Financial Controller (2003-2008) also as Administrator of IAI South Sulawesi Region. Several books that have been written include: Dimensions of Internal Control and Internal Auditors in Accountability and Fraud Prevention (2012); Regional Government Accounting Policy Volumes I and II (2015). She also writes actively in National and International Journals. Alumni of Short Course, Finance Management University at The University of Sydney Australia (2008) and TOT Accelerating Corruption Eradication at FEB, Postgraduate and Doctoral Program since 1992 at Hasanuddin.

Position : Secretary of Audit Committee, Hasanuddin University’ Board of Trustees.
Fajlurrahman Jurd, is secretary of the Audit Committee of the Unhas Board of Trustees for the 2023-2027 period. Previously, he was a member of the Audit Committee for the period 2019-2023 period. He has been an expert for the Republic of Indonesia DPRD (2009-2015), an expert for the DPRD of South Sulawesi Province (2016), Chair of the Center for Prosecutorial Studies, Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University (2016-present). Wrote 34 books, dozens of scientific articles, edited hundreds of books with various themes, wrote hundreds of opinions in various media, delivered dozens of papers in various seminar and dialogue forums, was a speaker in various seminar, dialogue and discussion forums, also on local television and radio and as a researcher in field of constitutional law studies. Dozens of researches have been completed with a focus on studying law, policy and state institutions. He has also been a consultant in the preparation of dozens of Regional Regulation Academic Drafts in several regions. At the end of 2022, he was awarded two awards at once by the Identity Newspaper, as one of the most productive book writing lecturers and the most productive article writer at Hasanuddin University.
Name : Prof Dr. Ir. Abdul Rachman Djamaluddin, MT.
Position : Member of Audit Committee, Hasanuddin University’ Board of Trustees.
Abdul Rachman Djamaluddin, has been a Member of the Audit Committee of the Unhas Board of Trustees since 2019 until now, born in Enrekang, 10 October 1959. Completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Unhas 1985, Master of Engineering (S2) at ITS Surabaya in 1998 and completed his Doctorate in Civil Engineering (S3) at Unhas 2015. He was Secretary of the Civil Engineering Department 2009 – 2012. Currently he is a permanent lecturer in the Civil Engineering department, Faculty of Engineering, Unhas with the academic position of professor in the field of Geotechnical Engineering. Active on the Board of Professional Associations include: General Secretary of PATI South Sulawesi 2009-2013, Secretary I of LPJK South Sulawesi 2009-2012, Deputy General Chairperson of HATTI South Sulawesi Provincial Government until now. Since 2019 until now as Head of the Soil Mechanics Laboratory at the Department of Civil Engineering, Unhas. Apart from being an academic staff, he is also active in consultancy activities as an expert (advisor) in land investigation activities, building structure design and other civil structures such as bridges, piers and others.
Name : Dr. Amiruddin, SE., Ak., M.Si. CA.,CPA
Position : Member of Audit Committee, Hasanuddin University’ Board of Trustees.
Amiruddin, born in Watampone 1964, completed his primary and secondary education in Watampone. In 1988 he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics, Hasanuddin University, then obtained a Master of Science degree at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 1993, and earned a Doctorate degree in Economics (Accounting) at Hasanuddin University in 2017. Currently he is a permanent lecturer at the Study Program Accounting (S1), Postgraduate Program in Accounting (S2) and Doctoral Program in Accounting (S3) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. He worked as a senior auditor at KAP Kusnadi Purnomo & Partners from 1993 to 2011. He also served as Chair of the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNHAS from 2005 to 2009, and Chair of the UNHAS PPAk Program from 2010 to 2014. In his career in business as a financial & tax consultant at PT Sermani Steel since 2008 until now. Apart from that, he has been active in the organization as a member and administrator of the Makassar branch of the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI) since 2001 until now. Also active as a member of the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) from 2020 until now. Currently also active as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees of Hasanuddin University.
