Audit Committee

The existence of an Audit Committee (AC) is very important to ensure accountability in the management of a higher education institution. That is why, Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 53 of 2015 concerning the Statutes of Hasanuddin University regulates the existence of the Audit Committee. According to Article 1 point 6 of the Unhas Statute, the Audit Committee is an instrument of the Board of Trustees (MWA) which carries out supervision in the non-academic field of the administration of Unhas. MWA is an Unhas organ that determines, provides consideration for the implementation of general policies, and carries out supervision in non-academic fields. Therefore, the existence of the Audit Committee is to assist MWA in carrying out non-academic supervision.

For the first time, the Unhas Audit Committee was formed in 2016 through the decision of the board of trustees of Hasanuddin University Number: 33888/UN4.0/KP.15/2016 concerning the Appointment of Members of the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees of Hasanuddin University for the period of 2016 to 2018. Audit Committee membership for the first period is as follows:

  1. Prof. Dr. dr. IdrusPaturusi, Sp.B, Sp.OT(K) (Chairperson)
  2. Dr. Dadang A. Suriamihardja
  3. Dr. Anwar Borahima, SH., MH
  4. M. Natsir Kadir, M.Si., AK., CA.
  5. Dahri Kuddu, MT

 

For the second period in 2019, the members of the Unhas Audit Committee were determined by the Decree of the Hasanuddin University Board of Trustees Number: 07/UN4.0/KEP/2019 concerning the Appointment of the Audit Committee Management of the Hasanuddin University Board of Trustees, with the following membership:

  1. Dr. Ir. Andi Niartiningsih, MP. (Chairperson)
  2. Dr. Gagaring Pagalung, SE., M.Si. Ak. (Secretary)
  3. M. Natsir Kadir, M.Si., Ak. CA. (Member)
  4. Ir. Abdul Rachman, MT. (Member)
  5. Fajlurrahman Jurdi., SH., MH (Member).

 

Then for the current period, the membership of the Audit Committee has changed. The members of the Audit Committee for the 2023-2027 period are as follows:
